When you contact us

If you email or call, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, manage the enquiry and keep necessary business records. Please do not send medical records or payment-card information by email.

Browsing this site

The website hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and access logs to deliver and secure the site. This release does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, a marketing signup form or an automatic mailing list.

Cart and checkout

Ordering is not enabled in this release and this site does not collect payment details. If a cart is enabled later, a cart identifier may be stored on your device so your bag can persist. Checkout and fulfilment information will be handled through SachetsCo’s Shopify service, with the checkout privacy information available there.

Service providers and retention

Our hosting, email and commerce providers may process information outside Australia. We retain enquiry and transaction information for the business and legal purposes for which it is needed. Contact us to ask about the information we hold or to request deletion where applicable.
